• one pair 7mm (US 10.5) straight needles
• a tapestry needle for sewing
• row counters
• 6 x 3cm (1¼in) buttons. |

13 sts x 18 rows to 10 x 10cm (4 x 4in) in st st using 7mm (US 10½) needles.
